Until Apple releases a software update that addresses this problem, you can try the following troubleshooting options: 1. Tried turning the setting on and off, I even restarted my phone but nothing is working.” “Just installed IOS 16, toggled on my Keyboard haptics just for them to not work. More specifically, persistent haptics (phone calls, alarms, etc)” “I’ve been using iOS 16 since the beta and I’ve experienced issues with haptics. We’ve found several other similar complaints on Reddit: This problem has been reported by reyna25: Hope this helps. Are keyboard haptics not working on iPhone in iOS 16? iOS 16.0.3 update didn’t fix it either? Worse, all haptics stopped working right after this update, including persistent ones like alarms, calls and everything else? One, on once occasion, the native keyboard and trackpad again stopped responding even when the wireless keyboard+mouse were connected. I have no idea what to do my MacBook has now been rendered completely useless by this glitch. When my iPhone would connect, it used to switch to the "photos" app, but it's hasn't done this for about a week, although the phone is still charging.

The cord is a little frayed and the connection isn't always perfect.

I don't know if it matters, but for the past six weeks or so, I have been charging my iPhone 6s Plus via one of the USB ports. I have also tried doing this in safe mode but this does not seem to make a difference.

I have tried restarting my MacBook but this keeps happening. There isn't a keyboard connected." I have left this window for as long as 15 minutes but nothing changes. After about 30 seconds, a little window popped up saying "Bluetooth keyboard setup. This morning, I launched my MacBook and the trackpad and keyboard were not responsive. I have a 13" MacBook Pro bought in mid-2016.
